As Studio Manager, she supports the team through scheduling, coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations that allow the studio to function with clarity and consistency. She brings structure without rigidity and is especially effective at creating systems that make work feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

Outside the studio, Sara’s interests reflect both discipline and play. She’s a devoted football fan and holds an MBA — a combination that mirrors her approach to work: strategic, focused, and team-oriented. She’s also unapologetically pro-pineapple on pizza. Known for her calm demeanor and reliability, Sara takes pride in supporting others and keeping the studio running smoothly, because when the systems work, the people can thrive.
