Price Tower Arts Center

Renovating the iconic interior of Frank Lloyd Wright's only built skyscraper into a boutique hotel, restaurant and bar.

We teamed up with New York-based architect, Wendy Evans Joseph, to update the interior, which was designed by legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright, but had been abandoned for decades and fallen into disrepair.

We renovated the mechanical/electrical systems and worked with the local fire marshal and codes officials to find practical ways to maintain Life Safety requirements, and also retain Wright's vision.

Our architects were recognized for their outstanding work of adaptive reuse by the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Newsweek and Architectural Record Magazine.
