Kathy is the firm’s bookkeeper and a self-described nerd who genuinely loves it when everything is balanced. She brings persistence, focus, and a get-it-done mindset to her work, making sure the details behind the scenes are handled accurately and reliably. Kathy takes pride in seeing things through, approaching each task with perseverance and a steady hand that keeps the firm running smoothly.

One of Kathy’s favorite moments at HorizonLine is watching the team collaborate during EOS meetings, where shared goals and teamwork are on full display. Originally imported from Iowa, she draws inspiration from her family — especially the hopes and dreams of her grandchildren. Above all else, Kathy strives to be someone her kids and grandkids can be proud of, a value that quietly guides how she shows up every day.
