Joseph is the owner of the firm, having purchased it in 2017 from his former partners, Scott Ambler and Randy Weatherly. He thrives in the early stages of a project, where conversations about needs, desires, and possibilities take shape. A creative problem-solver to the core, Joseph brings a unique balance of calm and chaos — a mindset that helps guide both clients and team members through complex challenges. He's proud to lead a team that consistently tackles hard things with optimism, resourcefulness, and good humor.

Beyond architecture, Joseph is a certified mindfulness coach and lifelong learner. He meditates daily, embraces discomfort, and finds joy in exploring new ideas without judgment. Whether at work or in life, curiosity is his compass. He often reminds himself, “Some folks feel the rain, and others just get wet.” Joseph is the kind who feels it.
