Curtis Lofts

Restoring a downtown building to its 1940s look, while incorporating modern amenities.

We restored the building’s exterior to its original 1940s look, remodeled the upper apartments to retain their original look and feel, but now with modern amenities, We also renovated the first floor to incorporate two smaller commercial units. For several years, the Curtis Apartments were downtown Bartlesvilles’s only apartments and are still a popular spot.
