Redesigning a historic hotel into a contemporary loft apartment space.

We remodeled the upper two floors from the hotel into apartments, retaining the original corridors and stairways, including the original 1900’s Coca-Cola mural. We uncovered the brick inside of the apartment units and installed modern amenities to create a mix of current and historical styles. We also installed large windows to give tenants great downtown views.

On the bottom floor, we uncovered the original mural for Frank and Lola's, a local favorite restaurant.
