A two-story brick building with large arched windows on the ground floor and rectangular windows on the upper floor, located on a city street. An American flag and another flag are flying on a flagpole in front of the building, with a person walking on the sidewalk and a black SUV parked nearby.

Banc First

Bartlesville, OK | Start and End Date: 2005

Bringing a beautiful downtown bank back to its former, turn-of-the-century glory.

We were hired to reinvigorate a building built in the 1900s and was updated in the 1960s, but had fallen far short of its potential.

We stripped the building to its original shell and used the existing structure to its fullest extent. For the building’s beautiful interior, we used the original structural beams to serve as accents, blending old-world style and craftsmanship with the needs of today's business environment.

For the exterior, we rebuilt everything in the original style using traditional detailing and contemporary materials, making for a modern building with a historical flavor that adds to the downtown charm.
