This project featured a two-story, 25,000-square-foot contemporary steel building. The ground level contains an Outpatient Ambulatory Surgical Center and a drug screening laboratory, equipped with three operating suites, pre- and post-op bays, nursing facilities, administrative offices, and other staff amenities. Upstairs, the structure provides modern office space, including private offices, conference rooms, areas for collaboration, call rooms, a training room, and small workstations designed to accommodate around 85 employees each day.
